Who is SAMMY?
Sammy Rockett is a former Great Britain gymnast who transitioned into CrossFit after retiring from gymnastics. After more than a decade competing in the sport, she brought exceptional body control, discipline, and competitiveness with her. Following ankle reconstruction and stepping away from gymnastics, Sammy discovered CrossFit through a local gym class and quickly developed a passion for the sport, becoming a popular figure on the UK CrossFit scene as she continues to build her strength and capacity across all areas.
