VOLT Knee Sleeves come in 5mm and 7mm. Sold as a pair, in five sizes and two colours, with an odour eliminating bag included.

5mm or 7mm

Thickness is a trade between support and movement. The 5mm bends with you, which is what you want across a long workout with a lot of squatting, lunging and running. The 7mm is stiffer and gives more back out of the bottom of a heavy squat, at the cost of some freedom.

Sizing

Measure the circumference of your knee about 10cm below your kneecap. For a tight fit, size down.

• XS: 12.2 to 13 in knee (31 to 33 cm)
• S: 13 to 13.8 in knee (33 to 35 cm)
• M: 13.8 to 14.6 in knee (35 to 37 cm)
• L: 14.6 to 15.7 in knee (37 to 40 cm)
• XL: 15.7 to 16.9 in knee (40 to 43 cm)
