Worth knowingExpress is free over £70 as well as standard, so an order over that threshold gets next working day delivery at no extra cost.
Cut-off and dispatch
The cut-off is 4pm, Monday to Friday. Express orders placed before it go out the same day. In-stock standard orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. You get a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Tracking your order
Tracking details are emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to start updating.
Pre-orders and personalised items
If your order contains a pre-order or a custom item, such as a personalised NovaBelt, it ships separately once it is ready. Estimated dispatch times are shown on the product page.
Who delivers it
We work with Royal Mail and DPD.
If it does not arrive
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email info@trainvolt.co.uk with your order number and we will chase the carrier.
