Everything in the range is unisex and cut slightly oversized. It is meant to move rather than cling, which matters more than it sounds when you are going overhead or getting under a bar.

Fabric by job

The tee and the vest are lightweight and quick dry, built for the training itself. The BlackEdition hoodie is premium terry fleece, which is for before and after rather than during.

Yes, the whole range. It is cut slightly oversized rather than to a separate mens or womens block, so sizing works the same either way.

Slightly oversized, deliberately. It is designed to move with you overhead and under a bar rather than sit close to the body. If you want a closer fit, size down.

You can, but it is not what it is for. The hoodie is premium terry fleece, better suited to warming up and cooling down. For the working part of a session the tee or the vest is lighter and dries faster.
